I tried installing this and the instructions were all over the place. I’m careful about following steps because I don’t want to damage anything or set it up wrong, but I still ended up stuck and second-guessing everything. It basically ate up my whole afternoon and left me frustrated

The part itself looked okay when it showed up, but of course it didn’t actually fit my pool setup like the listing said it would. Super frustrating because I specifically checked before ordering. Ended up having to return it, which was just an annoying waste of time

I ordered what I needed, but the wrong parts showed up and the whole order was off. They made it sound like everything would be handled smoothly, but it was all just vague promises and no real follow-through. Frustrating experience.

I was checking out some pool stuff here and almost placed an order, but the prices felt high compared to a few other places I had looked at. I even went back through some emails and receipts from past purchases just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it, and it still seemed like more than I wanted to pay.

The products might be totally fine, so I can’t really speak to the quality. For me, though, the pricing just didn’t feel fair, and I ended up holding off because I didn’t want to feel like I was overpaying.

The communication wasn’t super Clear, and I ended up having to ask twice to Understand what was going on.

The replies were slow, the steps weren’t clear, and I had to keep following up—actually, more like chasing them just to get things moving. For something that should’ve been simple, it was way too stressful. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

Ordering was simple and I was excited to receive it, but the shipping has taken way too long and it still hasn’t arrived yet. I’m hoping it shows up soon because everything else about the process seemed fine.

I ordered this for our pool at home, and it arrived right when they said it would, which I appreciated. The shipping box was a little beat up and dusty, so I was a bit worried at first, but the part inside was totally fine and worked the way it was supposed to. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the packaging had looked cleaner, but overall I’m happy with it.

My box showed up crushed and not taped very well. Luckily the item was still okay, but I can see this being a problem for other customers if their order is more fragile.

I bought this thinking it would make pool maintenance a lot easier, but I’m still out there cleaning and checking everything almost as much as before. Well... I was expecting the pool product designs to feel a bit more creative or clever, but a lot of them seemed basic to me. Nothing was awful, just not as innovative as the name of the site made me think it would be. I feel like it could be a lot better with some fresher ideas.

Every time I need a replacement part, they literally never seem to have what I’m looking for. It’s frustrating.

I really wanted to like it, but mine started wearing out quickly. For what it costs, I expected it to hold up a bit better... just kind of disappointing.

I was hoping this pool cleaner would do a better job than it did. It picked up some dirt here and there, but it kinda left a lot of the smaller bits behind, especially around the corners and on the floor.

I ended up having to go back over the same spots by hand, which was annoying. Maybe it works better for lighter messes, but for my pool it just didn’t feel all that worth it.
